Bigger Buddy Booster Boosts

In regard to the Settlement, Corporation and Genesis buddies, I was wondering if the 35% buddy booster could also give that 35% boost to the service boosts of the original buddy?
For example, a Settlement buddy gives you 25% boost to SRP incomes, 10% to CAIC, and 100% Boost to your Settlement Shield Regen. If a Settlement buddy PLUS a buddy booster gave you 33% SRP boost, 13% CAIC boost, and 135% regen boost, that would add enormous added value to both buddies and the booster.
If the Buddy Booster was able to do this to Corp and Genesis, as well, it would lead to more sales of both in the CE store.
