Galactic Emporium Item Info

Post by Achilleos »

Would it please be possible to have an items description listed when hovering over the info button rather than its location.
Unfortunately I've now given up searching for new weapons, shields, cargo expanders etc because of having no idea of an items specs until you click on it, then to constantly find its above your level, or its kinetic instead of energy or its stats are lower then what I currently own, then your returned to the main screen where you have to start all over again, very very frustrating, currently the only clue to something worth looking at is its sale price, which isn't always a good reflection of the item anyway.
Only when you find an item you want do you need to know where its located really.

The one tab system of this game makes that tedious to implement.

I would also like to instantly compare items or at least open the links in different tabs, or even a popup link like in the player market.

Alternatively make it the same as the player market, where you click on the item and it brings up a seperate screen showing the info

If I have to choose one thing to be added, it would be item level. It is often most important stats, and if not, it allows to narrow down search options.

I agree, trying to compare one item to another is unnecessarily tedious. It wouldn't be a problem if you could go back to the page and filters you were on but since you cant, more info should be added. I would rather have to click on the item to find its location that to find its stats.

Did what was possible without re-writing the entire system.

On a personal note: Shame i cant update the system more for the Blind, but there are too many players who are sighted using the Blind mode for me to make it workable.
