I'd like small textbox, where I could write, for example:
"Hi,
I'll craft whatever you need,
Visit my other store in San Gallen, Descarte
50% discount for Guild Members"

or something like that

wasn't tre something like that on the old pm?

In galactic emporium view add button "Send my offer", but only when seller checked option "I receive bids for this item" .
API (what I am mentioned here http://community.core-exiles.com/viewto ... f=3&t=2468 ) can take advantage in notification about getting new offers and new items in emporiums.
