Copied from the level 6 informations in the settlement interface. Also Research: DCM Tech is listed in Coops Set Level Six guide under Commercial & Industrial. This makes me wonder if specialising in this would open up some new research for the DCM because even without it when reaching Level 6 the maximum level for the DCM research was raised to 10 and researching the fabricator can also be done without it.

My DCM Research has the mines currently at 15, which it says is "max" (I assume its for this level 6)

Units per hour. Level just says "max". When I pump the others I'll watch and see what it is.
