Derelict Combat

In derelict combat for VI . screen reader read attack button can it be made to read the name of the given enemy and its health .
it will make the derelict combat way faster and to know what enemy we against each time and let us know if we can take them down .
in current set-up we need to scroll down each time for enemy health and scroll up for the name of the enemy .

so both or either one of it be great help in the text of the button then just "Attack " text
