"ORSA Pro Viewer Upgrade" works similar way. you can see resources on all planets. no "find" button , but I think it was considered and refused - too easy for players

I have researched a lot of certificates. I've reached "max level" in many of them. Can we have "Hide Certificates which reached max level"? After click page would show things I can train only.

I like this suggestion. I don't like refreshes. to be honest, If you remove refreshes I'll buy ShadowSword frame asap

What about New settlement "Tourist Attraction", which enable group hauling from settlements?
